Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. During peak seasons or due to customs procedures, shipping times may be extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package's progress. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority at EvoluxyStore. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
